The Mayor appoints one member;
The state representatives who represent the area which comprises the district appoint one member;
The state senators who represent the area which comprises the district appoint one member;
The councilmembers who represent the area which comprises the district appoint one member;
The The Lakeshore Property Owners Association appoints one member;
The West Lakeshore Citizens Against Crime, Inc. appoints two members; and
The East Lakeshore Citizens Against Crime, Inc. appoints two members.

Term Length

Two years.
